Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with J. Renee Organics. Due to the personal-care nature of skincare, body care, and treatment products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jreneeorganics.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and help make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items
Gift cards, sale items, opened products, used products, and services or treatments are final sale and cannot be refunded.
