Shipping policy

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders when advertised.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. J. Renee Organics is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or lost packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jreneeorganics.com with your order number and photos of the package and damaged items.
